Serge Delhomme: painter of the transparency…

With a perfect mastery, the quality of his watercolors carries us away to a world where your eyes have been as watched of the appearences. But more again: his oils, his gouaches, all this alchemy af a painter seaching a fabulous world (and even his secret and jealousy keeped techniques) incite spectator's eye to pierce the canevas.

Serge Delhomme has never disfigure the reality: he sees it, touchs it, feels it and, with talent, he laies it on linen, paper or cardboard.

I saw him hooking fleeting sun's rays on, I saw the « Density 21.5 » from Varèse taking shape a grey winter day, under precise knife chops and collusive paintbrush lines.

With him, music has been thicking.

Behind this trans-appearance, the truth is staying, the one of the spirit and of the heart.

Thank you Mr Delhomme.
